Refund policy

• Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, but size exchanges are allowed.
• Return/exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect due to Brandoo’s mistake.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
